The Worship Music Secrets workshop is now here. This workshop is an intensive session, (2 1/2 hours to 3 hours in duration,) that will teach you from Scripture your role and purpose as a worship musician. You will also be shown the basic rules of worship music, simple techniques that help you achieve those objectives, using common music instruments to lead God's people into worship.

You will learn:

1) What do worship leaders need from musicians in a song intro? How do you create effective song intros that meet that need?

2) Where is the congregation spiritually on a usual Sunday morning? How then should you play in order to serve the congregation?

3) How to play to better support spontaneous worship – What are the common misunderstandings about playing for spontaneous worship? How do you make it easier for people to enter into spontaneous worship?

4) Playing during prophecy – What does the Scripture teach about it? What is the myth that holds many musicians back from serving with confidence in this area? And how exactly should we play to support prophecy?

5) How to create the ideal worship band sound – and why you won't hear that sound on "worship" CDs and albums.

What makes this workshop different from other workshops you may have attended? First, I am a worship leader myself. Through many years of experience in leading worship leaders, supporting other worship leaders and observing them, I have come to understand what worship leaders need from you, the worship musician.
